For those of you who have purchased the Enhanced DVD (EDVD), or the Enhanced Flash Drive version of Clasp32 or INDIGO Installation Software, we have setup an update website just for you!
If you have not already done so please make sure you register for this website (instructions are at the bottom of this page). This website has been designed and is maintained to make sure that you, the INDIGO or SCIO Biofeedback Practitioner, have the easiest possible way to update your biofeedback software. Registering with QCUpdate.com serves two purposes:
- It gives all purchasers of the EDVD or the Enhanced Flash Drive, access to the latest update tools for your biofeedback software. For those of you who use the INDIGO Update tool or the Clasp32 Update tool, you know how convenient it can be to use.
- It can serve as a simple 2 step key to the Unlock Process of the EDVD or EDVD Flash Drive. Once the connection of your qcupdate.com account is made to your EDVD unlock database entry, the unlock process becomes very simple and easy to use should need to install your software from scratch using an Enhanced DVD or Enhanced USB Flash Drive for your second and third computers. Just purchasing the EDVD or Flash Drive doesn’t automatically make that connection, it’s a little more complicated than that, but once the two features are connected, everything gets easier. As you register on this website, please send your new login name in an email to JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING and ask: “Please connect my qcupdate.com login to my EDVD/Flash Drive accounts” and we will gladly make the connection for you.

Special Note:
The Clasp32 Update tool download is currently offline. The intent of QCUpdate is to provide support to those who have purchased our software, so the Clasp32 Update tool is currently being reprogrammed to include a validation feature. Indigo Users have all purchased the INDIGO Update Tool as part of the INDIGO purchase package therefore validation isn’t required.
The Clasp32 Update tool needs to be purchased as part of the EDVD, the EDVD Flash Drive, or as a stand-alone purchase from www.thequantumcenter.com. For those who have purchased the software and need a copy of the current version of the Clasp32 Update tool, please call or email The Quantum Center of Excellence at 877-777-7384 ext 902 or JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING for the time being until our new software purchase validation process in place. Email will probably offer the fastest response time during our normal business hours. Please be specific and state: Please provide me with the latest copy of the Clasp32 Update Tool, I have already purchased one of your EDVD installation Discs or Flash Drives. (Thank you!)
We apologize that this process of getting the new Clasp32 Update tool might temporarily be a little slow, however we are currently reprogramming several of our software tools to make things more convenient, and unfortunately it does take time to accomplish this. Also the database is going through several revisions. We expect completion to take place soon.
